Terms and Conditions

  1. The holidaymaker agrees to keep the property and all furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects in or on the property in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday and to undertake to leave the property in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it is found.
    Our cleaners do offer a final cleaning service at an extra charge, details can be found on the property notice boards.
     

  2. All damages and breakages are the responsibility of the holidaymaker and their cost shall be refundable on demand.
     

  3. The owners of the property are not, under any circumstances liable for any loss of life, personal injury, sickness, loss, damage or accident to personal property, howsoever caused, which may be sustained during the holiday, to the hirer or any member of the party or invited guests.
     

  4. A deposit of £75 per week is payable on return of the booking form.  The balance of the total holiday price is payable four weeks before the start of the holiday.  When booking less than four weeks before the start date, then the full cost of the holiday shall be paid on returning the booking form.
     

  5. On confirmation of the booking, the holidaymaker is liable for the full balance of the cost of the holiday rental.  The owners must be notified, in writing, of any cancellation and will endeavour to re-let the property for the period of the rental.  If the property is re-let then all amounts paid, less the deposit will be refunded.  It is recommended that Holiday Cancellation Insurance be taken out.
     

  6. The owners or their representative must be given access to the property at any reasonable time.
     

  7. The number of persons using the property must not exceed the maximum number stated.
     

  8. The owners reserve the right to refuse any booking and return any money accompanying it.
     

  9. We would only cancel your holiday if our accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation; however, if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you then we would refund all money paid by you for the holiday.  Our liability would not extend beyond this point.
